- Medical Records Clerk
- Centennial Health is looking for a Medical Records Clerk in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Medical Records Clerk is primarily responsible for facilitating patient flow within the Client Services Team for the purpose of ensuring effective and efficient delivery patient services. Duties and responsibilities include making sure all medical records are protected and kept confidential; filing paperwork and reports in patient charts; work in the electronic health record (EHR); general clerical duties including answering phones and responding to emails; assisting other departments as needed. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, basic understanding of medical records, paper or electronic, knowledge of basic medical terminology, diagnostics and clinical procedures and 1-2 years experience.
- Welcome Coordinator
- Welcome Coordinators assist callers/patients on the phone with access to the health care services provided by Centennial Clinic by correctly confirming and scheduling appointments with Centennial Clinic providers, sending comprehensive patient messages to medical staff, and transferring professional and urgent calls to the appropriate personnel. Welcome Coordinators greet and assist patients/visitors in person and coordinate patient flow within respective Clinical Services Team. Collect monies due for services rendered. Schedule follow-up appointments. Facilitate a quality patient experience. High School diploma and 1 year experience preferred.
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Centennial Health is looking for a LPN in El Reno, Oklahoma. The LPN is primarily responsible for facilitating patient flow within the Client Services Team for the purpose of ensuring effective and efficient delivery of patient service. Escorts patient to exam room and performs basic patient assessment which includes such items as vital signs, current medications, etc., and prepares patient for examination pursuant to established procedures which include the use of proper documentation techniques and prudent judgment. All information documented in EMR. Provides patient instruction and/or education within given level of authority and discharges patient from exam room pursuant to established procedures, which include the use of proper documentation techniques. Cleans exam rooms and equipment according to established procedures and stocks rooms daily. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Current CPR certification (BLS Course C). LPN working under direction of Physician, PA, or NP.
